[wp-hackers] Category templates

Jane, I'm not a PHP developer. I'm too new to PHP. My background is on
ASP. So I can't do a patch. But I just created trac ticket and
submitted at http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas/topic/category-templates-with-cascading-power?replies=1#post-20956
