[wp-hackers] Something wrong with plugin repo?

I'm trying to send a plugin (light-captcha) and can´t do anything. (I quite don't understand all this svn):

Im doing this using Turtle SVN app:

  a.. Created a empty folder.
  b.. Right click and choose "SVN checkout"
  c.. Takes a lot of time and got a error: Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to PROPFIND, request for '/!svn/bln/471682'
What is wrong?
