In section 4. and in 6.b) detail the specifics of selling works, as far 
as I have read:

tl;dr You can charge anything for verbatim conveying, and for non-source 
conveying, a source distribution should be included at no more than the 
cost to physically perform.

It would be worth contacting the Software Freedom Law Center over this, 
not sure if Automattic has a relationship already with them....
