[wp-hackers] Stop RSS widget pulling own site url

I've now seen 2 of these in the last couple of weeks. One of those "you 
couldn't make it up if you tried" issues:

Is there any chance that the default RSS widget could be modified in 
core to ignore calls to site_url or home_url?
