[wp-hackers] Help find Wordpress Hacking Source

Hello ,
we have got many wordpress based sites hacked recently.
one of such site is http://wpjoomla.com

Here are the changes it did,


   1. Changed the index.php , header.php
   2. Created a new username with a new password.

We want to analyze it and find the exact problem in our set up.
can any one help.
