They're also offering a direct download link to buddypress.org if you want
to skip the SMS. This just appears to be a niche download.com-like site as
Mike said.

My Spanish is rusty (thankfully, Chrome helps me out) but I also don't even
see where they're selling anything. They're just letting the user know that
SMS can cost money in some situations. Again, *not* that selling it would be
a problem. It's not.
