[wp-hackers] OpenBook -- update not appearing on plugin page

Hi, been developing the OpenBook plugin for a couple years, but new to 
the list.

Yesterday I updated OpenBook via SVN with a major new version (3.1) but 
a day later I don't see the update on the plugin page (still at 2.1.8). 
I've done this many times before, but not for a few months and the 
update usually comes reasonably quickly -- a few minutes.

Are plugin updates slower now?
Is there somewhere else to consult on this?
