[wp-hackers] Orphaned Custom Post Types

So if you create a Custom Post Type, make a few entries, then either
change or delete the plugin/theme, a bunch of entries become orphaned
into the database with no way to delete them...

Do any of you know a good plugin that would scan and display a list of
abandoned Custom Post Types and possibly their entries? Or any slick
script to do so?

It could be useful to users in general, that entries belonging to a
deactivated Custom Post Type be listed is a default catch-all (named
"Orphan" or "Other" or whatnot).
