[wp-hackers] Patches for validation errors in wp-admin pages

I have attached a patch which fixes several small validation errors when
rendering pages in wp-admin. I have not yet gone through all pages yet.
There will be a few more fixes to follow to get all the current core
trunk admin pages to render without validation errors.

I have also created a ticket for this on WordPress' Trac:

Perhaps someone else who's run into these issues will find it helpful.
