[wp-hackers] Adding static links as a widget

Question asked at WPMU-Dev with no solution.

Is there a way to add static links to a logged in members profile settings
as widget? The site runs WPMU+BuddyPpress MU and I'd like to have links that
point to:

http://domain/members/MEMBERNAME/activity
http://domain/members/MEMBERNAME/settings
http://domain/members/MEMBERNAME/social-media
etc

I'm no good at writing plugins so I'm hoping for some ideas or direction on
whether it can be done. Therefore any responses appreciated.
