Actually, the CC-Attribution license is horribly abused - especially by
shady Theme distributors.
The Attribution clause only requires that the work retain a link to the
original author's work and/or copyright/license notice. It DOES NOT REQUIRE
that said link be *public-facing*. Further, the CC-Attribution clause itself
actually says that requirements to display any other "attribution" link not
directly related to the original author's copyright/license notice can be
