Which, the attorney?

He wrote a paper on it but after Thesis settled I suggested he hold it until the issue came up significantly in the community consciousness again so he could get it published somewhere that is widely read.

And just to be clear, I don't care which direction is true, but I think the current situation has too little clarity.  If it's a license issue, then let's get the facts right.  If it's really a community culture issue and not really a license issue then, let's say so and not imply that it is a license issue.  I'm again not personally taking a stand on where it sits, I just don't like the lack of clarity.

Much like US politics today.  (Or since before the real Tea Party, for that matter.)
