Yes there will be, The plugin update API only uses the version for
comparison purposes, not for detection.
Version 5.5 > Version null

(Btw, i just tested it, indeed, i'm right)

Because its ugly :) And it gives no feedback that its a modified
plugin.. (Other than the inflated number)
