[wp-hackers] How to fix oEmbed in 2.9

Slightly OT.

Is it possible - via functions.php - to modify the code returned by
oEmbed for flash videos? The modification should add this line
<param name='wmode' value='transparent' />

and wmode to embed tag:
<embed ... wmode="transparent" ... >

If the video hasn't these params, it stays above other elements on the
page, such as a dropdown menu.
