[wp-hackers] query string paramaters

Hello,

I am attempting to create a plugin that will be used on a page or 
multiple pages.
What I hope to do is use arguments in the query string to modify the 
contents of the page.

I was hoping I could have a url like

htt://myblog.com/about/arg1/arg2

Is something like this possible without modifying the .htaccess file?
