[wp-hackers] Quest for Self Pingbacks

Could you try on your test blog with the patch on this ticket applied.

This switches the IXR class over to use the WordPress HTTP api instead  
of fsockopen for connections it should be more reliable.

Please leave feedback on your sucess/lack there of on the ticket.
