It might be better to use the word "proprietary" instead of "commercial"
since it is non-GPL
compatible<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html#GPLCompatibleLicenses>software
that would be the concern.

For those interested, the Software Freedom Law Center recently published A
Practical Guide to GPL
Compliance<http://www.softwarefreedom.org/resources/2008/compliance-guide.html>that,
IMO, was worth the read.
