[wp-hackers] Media upload problem with Flash

Sounds like it could possibly be mod_security: number 6:  
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/164999
But WordPress attempts to disable it if it notices mod_security enabled.

Do you have access to the Server error logs? There might be something in  
there?
