[wp-hackers] Span to wp_list_pages

I made a mistake, and changed wp_link_pages instead of wp_list_pages. I
posted a patch that adds the parameters to wp_list_pages as ticket #8041

Note that the change is wp_link_pages, not wp_list_pages.

Are those two parameters, link_before and link_after, available for 
wp_list_pages?
