I haven't had a good hard look at the code yet, but I plan to.

SK (and it seems there are many), it has an official page on Google

Except on such as Peter's regarding rolling it into WordPress itself  
(something I would support)

Certainly the concept of multiple tests that are aggregated is a good  
one.  Any given test can be tricked, but the concept of Spam Karma is  
to roll multiple spam solutions into one and allow them to work in  
tandem.  More effective than each working separately.

Even if people here think the code is not up to snuff, the concept  
certainly is.
