I have answered your question twice.

http://comox.textdrive.com/pipermail/wp-hackers/2008-February/017803.html

If what I have said is unclear, I would be happy to clarify, but I
need to know what part to clarify.

It looks as though you have correctly set up the original repository
structure, so I'm glad you've gotten that working.

All that's left now is to clean up your plugin file and your readme
file so that the proper information is displayed on your page at the
WordPress Plugins Directory: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comments-statistics/

That page still says your plugin is at "Version: 0.1". This is
because your plugin header says your plugin is version 0.1:
http://svn.wp-plugins.org/comments-statistics/trunk/dcs.php

Also, right now your readme file is ignored by the Plugin Directory
because it is not formatted according to the WP readme.txt standard.
Yours: http://svn.wp-plugins.org/comments-statistics/trunk/readme.txt
Standard: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/readme.txt

Hope that helps. If you need more information, just ask.
