The reason email addresses aren't published is, I think, not only a spam
issue but also a privacy issue. Your best bet is to see if they provided a
website address, otherwise you're probably out of luck - unless you contact
the blog owner and they give it to you...

What is the policy on giving out comment poster's email addresses?
I've never come across any situation like that before.
