[wp-hackers] Simple comment spam experiment

Bad Behavior is superb at eliminating Trackback spam. Turn it off for
a while, and see what happens.

After seeing the Simple Trackback Validation plugin, I switched off BB
and installed that, just to see what the difference would be.
