Another Idea though would be to ask the theme author for permission to
include it in GPL work under GPL License - maybe he'll add another licence
which is nearly compatible when you hand in some information about the
troubles you have including the work (the article I mentioned in my previous
mail ( http://www.linux.com/feature/119212 ) may help)
