[wp-hackers] PHP 5 only plugin

As said, you can do whatever you want, especially if your plugin really
needs to make use of PHP5 functions, but the "recommended" thing to do is to
support all versions of PHP and MySQL that WordPress supports, which is
currently PHP4.

To be honest, as awesome as PHP5 is, you can most of the time avoid using
the new functions if you plan ahead.
