A super-common problem we found was people uploading images and 
inserting the full-size into the WYSIWYG. What happens? Try it on 2.3 
with a 6 megapixel image from your camera. To get it back so your window 
works you have to scroll waaaaay down and right and resize it smaller 
bit by bit.
