[wp-hackers] Shortcodes and formatting

Tested in IE, FireFox, Opera and Safari for Win.

I do not say this would be a good solution, but this are the right entities
if you'd like to encode this stuff.

But anyway stipping something off which was entered by the user by purpose
is no good idea.
