[wp-hackers] Automatic feedback from users

First of all, I am not working on this (to many things to do with to
little time).

what I proposed was to include this into the core, and have WordPress
ask users "do you agree to send anonymous system information?".

users that are to busy to answer "yes" or "no" will just be asked again
and again and again.

people who ara paranoid/scared/whatever will simply never agree and this
will ensure their privacy is not violated in any way. but it's safe to
assume they they are evenly distributed among WP Users :), so hopefully
they will not effect the percentages of the measurements.

since I already implemented something very similar for my own project, I
am willing to technically assist whoever willing to pick this up and
implement it. (it took me a single evening to implement, and this
included some research as to the best way to transmit the data to the
server, so it's really not a big deal).
