[wp-hackers] Particular Post Won't Go Through on SVN, Works on 2.3

I wrote a post in Windows Live Writer and attempted to send it to my WP-trunk server, it came back with "unknown error" so I attempted to manually publish it.

Attempting to publish the contents of this post resulted in a wordpress database error ["query was empty"]

I couldn't get it to publish under wp-trunk no matter what. Fully valid XHTML, no wysiwyg client in the browser. Creating a blank post then updating it with what I wanted got the title, categories, and tags to update; but the actual post content still gave me the same error.

Switching back to 2.3 fixed the problem. I could replicate this issue 100% on my local server as well.
Remote server: Apache/PHP 5.2.4/Windows 2003/MySQL 5.1
Local Server: IIS/PHP 5.2.1/Windows 2003/MySQL 5.0

HTML code in question:

Post as published on WP 2.3 (which used to run WP-trunk):

I'm not sure if this is a known issue, couldn't find any references to it if that's the case.

To replicate: create a new post on the latest wp trunk code with any title, tags, and/or category.
Copy the post html as-is into the code view and hit publish. You'll get an ugly DB error message.
