I've not come to an email that says this yet, so sorry if it is a
repeat, but 2.10 comes after 2.9 unless the cumulative changes with the
next version are enough to warrant (and marketing can come into that
vaulation) a full release.  Otherwise, versioning is senseless IMHO.
