Or, they host it on a different server. :P cPanel doesn't really have
support for PHP 5, though... Although, hosts could easily have PHP 4 and 5
running and just make a "global .htaccess" (in the home directory, above all
of the user's account folders) with the code to enable PHP 5. Making it
default for the user's code, and making PHP 4 for the rest of the server
that may need it...
