[wp-hackers] Drop PHP4 support entirely?

I'd like to see the switch to PHP5, and I can't think of a host anymore
which doesn't offer PHP5 support. However, most hosts still
aren't running PHP5 as the default PHP installation. They usually require
you to add a .php5 file extension or add some code to the .htaccess file.
