[wp-hackers] Decision time in re: admin rework

Come on guys, it's just a lighthearted greeting for users. As it's been
pointed out earlier, the phrase is not really used in the US anyway, it's
like saying "Good day Old Chap" in England; so no it's not British English,
but does that matter? Who spends much time dwelling over one word in the
header of their admin panel?

However, if people really want this changed then as described previously by
many different people it can be done pretty easily.

Please, someone make a plugin for this and let's move on?
Hell, I might make this my first plugin and write it up over Christmas Day!
