Thanks for the details Curt.

I'm more of a PostgreSQL guy, and I was surprised to see that views  
only made it into MySQL at version 5.
The MySQL stuff I do not being as advanced as my PostgreSQL stuff, I  
had never really noticed they weren't there. :)
