I disagree everyone. There are people who don't speak english that well
and who simply need a pointer. Great job Matt in posting a good place to
help this person out.

Although I'm new to the list, when I first started I found it very
frustrating to get non-constructive emails about this as it:

a.) mis-represents the project
b.) discourages newbies
c.) encourage more posts that could spiral into a flame (a bad precedent
to set)
