[wp-hackers] Feeds and 404

Hi!

In changeset 4227 is_feed is preserved even when no posts are found.
This is good.

Question: should we really still return HTTP 404?  I'm thinking maybe
not, as we are returning a valid "empty" feed.  In other words, the URL
for the feed is correct (the feed was found ok), there are just no items
in the feed.
