I think this is a great idea. I also believe that instead of the "Hot Tags"
cloud (which is worthless in my experience), there should be a list of FAQ's
that are geared to the type of "fluff" like "Where did my sidebar go?".
Also, is there a way to make sure a search is done before the link to "start
a new topic" becomes active. Some kind of cookie that has a short
expiration.
