[wp-hackers] Minor change in wp-admin; $theme_root and $theme_loc to be more dynamic

$theme_root is defined via get_theme_root in functions.php but it is  
statically defined in admin-functions.php

Perhaps it is better to have admin-functions.php:1123: as $theme_root  
= get_theme_root(); and change 1122 definition of $theme_loc  
accordingly.
