The strange thing is it works on my home server but not on my host.  
There is obviously some type of incompatibility with certain servers 
that wasn't present in the past versions.

Trackbacks do seem to get sent off if you call execute-pings.php after 
you post.

I'm throwing up my hands for a while.  :)
