[wp-hackers] ALT+D

We had a conversation some time ago about access keys, and keyboard
shortcuts.

I'd really like to speak privately, in a dark alley, to the person who
decided that ALT+D as a shortcut for the <del> tag was a good idea.

I use ALT+D in Firefox all the time.  But WordPress grabs this from me,
even when the edit box _does not_ have focus.
