I concur. Man this whole project seems awfully tempting now that I
think about it. phpDocumentor also allows creation of docbook sources
which can then produce downloadable pdf/html developers documentation.
Keeping things up to date will take a team, as will creating it in the
first place. Should take a long long time to write everything up too.
