[wp-hackers] Have all Die messages and other stuff that cant' be gettexted centralized

WOudl be nice for translation team have all strings that for some
reason cannot be gettexted (ex. die messages) ina  centralized files,
maybe sa simple text files that is read when necessary.

This will assure to have them all translated and havint to edit one
file only for new distro.

Ideas or suggestions?
