[wp-hackers] Inline PHP doc comments

Inline PHP documentation patches are now being accepted, as per this ticket:

Sorry there was such a fuss over that before, that was pretty silly, I 
think I understand the issues better now.

As with all parts of WP, brevity and utility should be the core of any 
inline documentation contributions.
