At first glance I see that you are using the same time for your post_date
and post_date_gmt.  Unless you're in England, chance are such that those two
are not likely to be the same as each other on your server.  Might it be
that your post is not showing up, on the front page, simply because your
server time hasn't yet reached the value you have in the $dateJour variable?
