[wp-hackers] PHP testers

As part of a new effort from the PHP folks they're sending out builds of 
new versions of PHP so projects like WordPress can make sure their apps 
work with the new version.

We're looking for someone who would like to be in charge of testing out 
these new builds against WP and reporting back any problems. Ideally you 
need to be able to:

* Compile and test different versions of PHP
* Use Apache with different versions of PHP
* Click around WP and watch for errors in logs
