[wp-hackers] Theme Creation on Install ?

Noticed a post on the forum.

thought nothing of it then.

Just now I set up a local testblog.
Install
It asks for name of blog
Install proceeds just fine.

I then see that in /themes/ I now have a theme called after my blog.
So I have Classic, Default and Test4

When did this happen ? Why ? For what reason ?
It's already getting us confused.
