I think it's awesome that someone's making money with WordPress.

It doesn't say anywhere on there what the license of the Pro package is. 
  Since WordPress comes with it, and WordPress is GPL, it stands to 
reason that the entire suite is GPL:

Therefore, one person who buys the full suite would be legally entitled 
to use the suite for any purpose, and to share the entire suite with 
their friends and neighbors at no cost.  As long Denis is cool with 
that, I'm cool with the suite.

Unless the WordPress copyright holders have extended to Denis a special 
license for WordPress?  I'm less cool with that, but I fully acknowledge 
that it is the copyright holder's perogative to do so.

This is interesting:
"An entire collection of (debugged) third party plugins, all one click 
installs"
This implies that Denis has debugged the scripts.  Have the results of 
the debugging been shared with the original developers?
