[wp-hackers] plugins should have uninstallers?

when installing and testing several plugins for wordpress, after  
deactivating i still found tons of code and pieces left from the  
plugin installers. are there any ideas of creating an uninstall- 
guideline or uninstall-framework for plugin developers?
the next step would be to then create install/uninstall buttons in  
the admin-panel of the plugins.
is anything like this planned for future releases?
