Great, another artifact of the "multiple 1.5 released without indicating
that anything changed between releases".

For 1.5.1, can any changes to the released file be indiciated by some
sub-version number (1.5.1a, 1.5.1b) so that we can all know with clarity
which version we're dealing with?
