It would appear because it’s a duplicate of a reply you left on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/firewall-sync-is-excesive?replies=16&view=all#post-8644054

More than likely, when one of our moderators was going through the spam queue (which your replies were initially caught in), they found the duplicates, and choose https://wordpress.org/support/topic/firewall-sync-is-excesive?replies=16&view=all#post-8644054 as the only one to survive because we don’t allow duplicate posts, and because it was posted in the correct WordFence support forums, while the other was just posted in general WordPress support.
